The big day may have come and gone, but keep in touch as we’re always up to something new and exciting.
The goal of this program is to enhance students’ knowledge and capabilities in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), mapping techniques, geospatial analysis and location intelligence computer skills by using various data types, digesting them in a computer software system to display geospatial information, data and results in 3-D platform while performing geospatial intelligent analysis. Altogether this program’s goal is to enhance student’s technological competencies while focusing on reading, writing, science, mathematics and analytical skills.
The goal of this program is to provide aid annually at the minimum of $5,000 to underrepresented students in communities that are preparing to fund a college education in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM).
The goal of this program is to heighten community awareness about GIS, the careers that are offered and college majors that will take students to a unique and satisfying path. This program is set aside to develop resume workshop, information about internship and scholarship opportunities in the related field of GIS and geospatial intelligence. The community service program also gives back to the community by holding uniform drives, back to school supply drives and Coats and Socks donation to an organization with a need.
